4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, logos, and code — is the intellectual property of iDigit Group trading as Aesthetic Launch Lab, unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

For client engagements, intellectual property ownership is governed by the terms of your individual service agreement. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Aesthetic Launch Lab retains ownership of all creative assets, code, and strategies until final payment is received, at which point agreed deliverables are transferred to you.

5. Client Obligations

To allow us to deliver services effectively, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business and requirements.
• Respond to requests for content, approvals, and feedback within agreed timeframes.
• Ensure that any materials you provide to us do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including ASA advertising standards and CQC requirements relevant to your practice.
• Make payments on time as set out in your service agreement.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are set out in your individual service agreement or proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to suspend services if payments are overdue by more than 14 days. Deposits paid are non-refundable once work has commenced. Disputes regarding invoices must be raised within 7 days of receipt.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aesthetic Launch Lab shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or website.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Third-party actions, including search engine algorithm changes that affect rankings.
• The accuracy of information provided by you that affects our deliverables.

Our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat as confidential any proprietary business information disclosed during the course of an engagement that is designated as confidential or that a reasonable person would understand to be confidential. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing service engagement by providing written notice as specified in the relevant service agreement (typically 30 days). On termination, all outstanding fees for work completed become immediately due and payable. Aesthetic Launch Lab reserves the right to terminate services immediately if you breach these terms or fail to make payment.

10. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Use the website in a way that violates any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Transmit any unsolicited promotional or commercial material (spam).
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its related systems.
