AI assistants that cite it for Aerolase in London
The Brief
A London Clinic Wearing a Dubai Website
Halcyon Medispa and Wellness Clinic offers injectables, laser, skin, hair and body treatments from a townhouse at 2 Hinde Street, Marylebone, led by its medical director Dr Osman Bashir Tahir, known to patients as Dr OBT. The clinic came to us in July 2026 because, however good the treatments were, London was not finding it.
The problem sat underneath the design. A previous provider had built the website by cloning the clinic's sister site in Dubai, and much of what Google and the AI assistants read still described Dubai rather than London: the location signals, the content and even the image files had been written for another city. There was no structured data anywhere, the menu was a long list that hid what the clinic offered, and there was no way to book online. Technically, the site was working against the clinic. It was found by people who already knew its name, and missed by everyone searching for the treatments it offers.
A new coat of paint would not have fixed that. We took on the whole site in a set order: first the foundations, so that every signal told Google this is a Marylebone clinic; then the structure, rebuilt around the way London patients search and choose; then booking, so a patient who has decided can book there and then. After that, the daily work of ranking it.
01
Every Signal Re-pointed at London
We went through the site page by page and made it describe the clinic it actually is. Titles, descriptions and headings now name the treatment and London or Marylebone, so the Aerolase page says it is Aerolase laser treatment in London. Duplicate pages that split Google's attention were consolidated with canonicals, the treatment and condition hubs were given proper titles, prices and opening hours were corrected, and 34 treatment pages were rewritten in British English.
Then we gave the site the structured data it never had. The clinic is now declared as a medical clinic at 2 Hinde Street with its opening hours and location, Dr OBT as its medical director, every treatment page as a medical procedure with its own questions and answers, breadcrumbs throughout and a full price catalogue on the prices page. A robots.txt and an llms.txt written for answer engines tell ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google exactly who the clinic is and what it treats.
- London, everywhere. Every title, description and heading written for a Marylebone clinic, not a Dubai one.
- Structured data from nothing. MedicalClinic, Physician, MedicalProcedure, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList and an OfferCatalog of prices.
- Errors cleared. Duplicates canonicalised, hub titles fixed, prices and opening hours corrected across the site.
- Open to AI. A robots.txt that welcomes answer engines and an llms.txt that summarises the clinic, its doctor and its treatments.

02
A Menu and Landing Pages Built Around Treatments
The treatments menu was a long, flat list. We rebuilt it into seven clear groups, the way patients choose: skin treatments, body treatments, injectables, hair regeneration, face treatments, signature facials by Dr OBT and laser hair removal, with gift vouchers alongside. Forty one treatments were moved to where patients expect them, and treatments people were searching for but could not find in the menu, such as Aerolase and Profhilo Structura, were brought in.
The landing pages were rebuilt to answer the search behind them: what the treatment is, who it suits, what it costs and how to book it, with the clinic's own photography on the pages that matter most. New pages were added where the demand was, including Shockwave Therapy and Gift Vouchers, and a run of articles now answers the questions patients ask before they book, from what to do before lip filler to whether you can wax between laser sessions.
- Seven treatment groups. Forty one treatments re-organised into the way patients actually choose.
- Landing pages that answer. The treatment, who it suits, the price and the booking, on one page.
- The real clinic. Halcyon's own photography on key pages, not stock.
- Questions answered. Articles that now rank for what patients ask before they book.

03
Online Booking, Where There Was None
A patient who has decided should be able to book there and then. The site had no online booking, so we connected the clinic's Pabau system: the Book Appointment page now shows live availability, lets a patient choose the treatment and practitioner, and confirms the appointment in a few clicks, with an enquiry form and a map beside it for anyone who would rather ask first.
Gift vouchers run through the same system. A prepaid voucher can be bought online from every page of the site, and a dedicated Gift Vouchers page sits in the menu, so every route through the site can end in a booking or a sale.
- Live availability. Book online instantly through Pabau, from the Book Appointment button on every page.
- Vouchers sold online. A prepaid voucher flow reachable from every page, plus its own page in the menu.
- A choice of routes. Book, enquire, call or WhatsApp, whichever the patient prefers.
- Measured. Forms completed on the site rose from 15 to 29 over 28 days.

A Clinic London Can Find, Worked on Every Day
Three months in, Halcyon is found for what it does, not only for what it is called. Forms completed on the site nearly doubled, visits from AI assistants more than doubled, the clinic is receiving plenty of enquiries, and it is very happy with where the work has taken it.
Halcyon is now a monthly SEO and AI search client, and we work on the site every day: new answers to the questions patients ask, landing pages tightened as rankings move, structured data kept right as pages change, and a regular check of what ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google say about the clinic.
